I shower in the morning before work and shower before bed- on the weeknds depending on how I spent the evening on Friday and day on Saturday I may skip the shower until Sunday. I only wash my hair twice a week as we produce natural oils that are healthy for our scalp and hair, we really should not shower everyday, for the same reasons, however in this society it seems necessary. WE should never take hot showers as they are not healthy for our skin and dries the epidermus.

I shower every morning because I drool. There is nothing good that comes from drool on the face. Also, when I am gonna go out and I hope to get some... Okay, I am married. But even after years, I still shower when we go out, we are gonna be intimate, or I just want to make her happy. Damn I am lucky!

Each morning and in the afternoons when I get home from work if we are going to go out and sometimes i just take one two times a day anyway

well if feel that if your sweaty smelly sticky or just plain hot jump in the shower its good for your health also a bath wont hurt either.LOL

When your pets don't want to be with you, especially your cats they like stinky things. Also, if you can make people, make the stinky cat face( lip curled-front top teeth showing-nose scrunched up) than its definitely time.
