Did you really mean "imponderability"? If so, how could you be "in" it, and why would it modify the shape of a candle flame?
The shape of a candle flame may certainly be pondered. It is in essence a "teardrop" shape due to the heat generated, the air pressure around it, and the tendency for surrounding gasses to rise once heated by it due to convection.
If instead you were asking about a flame in microgravity, which is a very common question, then the flame becomes spherical due to the lack of convection. It also tends to be much more blue, indicating a much more efficient oxidation process.

For me, it quite is a mix of those issues. I make candles, so the 1st charm is the wax. Melting it from a great white slab right into a sparkling liquid - turning it the colour i want and then including the fragrance. Then, that's picking the form of the mildew and the sized wick. ultimately, that's the burn. once you have the proper length wick for the candle length, the flame is purely the excellent height without flickering or smoking. The candle itself might desire to glow like stained glass. i assume what i'm asserting is a great candle might desire to have all your listed characteristics!

the energy release WANTs to form a sphere, but in a gravitational field and in the presence of an atmosphere, heat rises, causing an upwards draft shaping the flame's isocontours (I mean the points which are all the same temperature, and thus visually the same color).

The other day it was so cold in my room the flame on my candle froze. It was sort of like an arrowhead.

If you look real close.....you will see a "teardrop" shape.
It comes from the effect the wick has on fire.
Hotter near the tip of the wick, less farther away.
NEXT QUESTION.......!
Oh, by the way, thanks for the two (2) points.
