I have 4 sisters and one of them taught me something a long time ago. If you really want to pop a zit while causing the least ugliness to your skin then you take hot hot water on a rag and dab it on the zit over and over until it pops on its own from the heat. The pores of the skin open from heat. That's why men use hot water on their face before shaving. A zit will pop under the extreme heat. once you pop it this way, you may then squeeze the excess out a bit by not pinching, but pulling the skin outward away from the open pore area. after you feel you have gotten it all out, then use cold water to seal the pore closed. Hope this helps.

No quick remedy, but if you drink at least 2 litres of water a day and eat lots of vegetables and excerise and begin a cleansing ritual your skin will start looking brighter and spot will be less you should also cut back on any fatty or sugary foods. But if you suffer from really bad acne I'd see a doctor for medication.

Use Salycilic Acid solution. Salicylic acid is a mild acid that works to treat acne by breaking down the scale (dead skin cells) that causes hair follicles to become blocked. It’s a safe, effective treatment for mild acne. Salycilic acid can be very drying to the skin, even at low concentrations. The most common side effect, dryness, is usually mild. If the skin is visibly scaly, apply a light oil-free moisturizer. Salicylic acid is present in many “over-the-counter” acne products, including lotions, creams, alcohol-based solutions and medicated pads. If you want to use the Salycilic Acid concentrate, use an ear bud to apply it on the pimple.

I know a home remedy... you cant use it all your life, but maybe if you have a date
Mix honey, lemon and oat meal, apply it your face for 10 min and then rinse off.. i know ew.. but itll leave you a cleaner face, of course this is not a clinical remedy, consult a dermatologist..
and popping them is the worst thing to go, itll leave you scars, if you have a white head try some vapor first, this will open the pore and you may pop it then. always apply ice or cold water afterwards to close the pore

if it has a head pop it the right way (as seen above),
then ice it to reduce the swelling, salicylic acid treatment,or hidracortizone if it's still swollen. then you can either use visine
and or concealer. and if it's pus-y benzol peroxide.
benzol peroxide= kills bacteria, dries, has risk of flakiness...
salicylic acid= is a mild acid that burns off the zit(gently) ^_^

putting some toothpase on them will help dry them out and bring them to a head.. so it will help them go through the process faster...there's no way to really get rid of them until they do all heir nasty stuff.
