First of all, Rihanna is from Barbados. She attended the Combermere School where she won her school's pageant in 2004.

Here are some facts about her which were extracted from the "Better Health Magazine" published in her hometown Barbados along with my own knowlege of her which is interspersed throughout this summary .

She maintains a rigorous fitness regime, takes care of her beautiful skin, and is not overwhelmed by the wide variety of calorie-based North American fast foods but eats local fruit and delicacies like flying fish (Bajan dish) whenever she can. She dines on Flying fish with macaronie pie and plantains, especially when at home in Stamford, Connecticut where she's based with her producer "Uncle Evan" and his Bajan wife "Auntie Jackie" Rogers.

For breakfast, she enjoys waffles with turkey bacon, and loves scrambled or boiled eggs "with plantains whenever I can find them" she told Better Health. For a snack, she has slices of mango and for lunch enjoys a bowl of fruit which gives her energy, and a sandwich; dinner ranges from pasta, fish and chicken to mashed potatoes.

"Visiting various countries has made her more adventurous, including trying sushi in Japan and in the USA. She also loves Martinellis apple juice and drinks lots of water," added Jackie.
