Okay i dont have a big butt but its definately a butt.....lol....and i have a small waist....what kind of pants or shirts can i wear that will bring more attenition to my waist then to my butt?

Wear flared Jeans to draw attention away from your butt, and wearing belts, or longer fitted shirts will draw attention to your waiste

Go for jeans that have no detailing at the back, back pockets are fine just keep it minimal otherwise it adds more "junk" to your "trunk".
Wear tops that nip at the waist, have belts on them or go for a fitted blazer with emphasis on the waist.

low rise and hip hugger with a fitted shirt. 7 makes a good jean but it is expensive. and wear jeans with pockets high on the butt if you want a more rounded appearance.
