My parents 25th wedding anniversary is comming up in about a week or so and I don't have a gift for them yet. Can anyone give me some ideas or advice as for what to get them? A little background on them, they married at 19, had me at 20, were poor for a couple years but for the last 10 years or so have been very well off. They have two kids, my brother and I. They have pretty much anything and everything they need and rarely say they want anything.

For my parents 25th we held a small barbeque for the family, about 15 people were there(not counting the young kids) and the big surprise of the night was when the wedding party showed up, they had not seen the maid of honour or the best man in years. It was great.
Anything you do or get them will be treasured by them, just make it personalized, don't get them something they could easily pick up themselves.

The traditional 25th anniversary gift is silver. So don't buy them what they need but something they may want. Throw them a party. 25th is a big deal!! Maybe plan a trip for them and ask people at the party to secretly donate money for the trip. If you know details about their first date, react it for them. Same food and so on. Maybe set it up to have them renew their vows. Without me knowing them I can't give a clear answer. Good luck!

If possible, get a photo of you and your brother, and put it in a nice silver frame (silver anniversary). If you feel particularly sentimental, have something engraved. An ever better idea, it just came to me, get their wedding photo and put it in a sliver frame. I should have thought of that for my parents.....

How about ways to say, "I love you!"
They don't care about "stuff".
