Bleach kills mold. So I would use a spray bottle with a bleach water mixture, and spray it on the wall, let it sit for a while then wipe the wall down. it is possible you will need to do this a few times to remove the mold completely.

1st mix 1 ounce bleach to 1 gallon of warm water in a bucket. Mix and use a mop or sponge to gently scrub the mold infested area. Then wash the area using warm water and a sponge to ensure no water/bleach mixture remains. Next dry with paper towel and let stand for a few hours until completely air dry and ventilated (bathroom fan on, windows open etc.) Spray Tilex Mold and Mildew remover over the area you washed and let it soak for about 10 minutes. Using a sponge and warm water wash down the area, dry with paper towel then let air dry for a few hours. This requires the least amount of elboy grease and should eliminate most of the mold. Finally once youve removed the mold you may want to consider repainting the area (bathrooms in particular) with specific mold resistant paints. It may cost a few dollars and time in the near future but could save you thousands if left untreated.
On another note, Many people think that combining cleaning solutions will enhance the power of their mixture so be sure to read the labels of all products and pay attention to their active ingredients to avoid nasty business. Make sure never to mix household cleaning products as they can blend to produce fatal fumes (e.g any product containing bleach vs another product containing ammonia...resulting in lethal chlorine gas).

Put some chlorine bleach like Javex in a spray bottle and thoroughly spritz the area. Let it sit for about 20 minutes then wash with warm soapy water. If the mold doesn't come off easily, repeat the application of bleach.

Use part bleach and part water about 50/50. Make sure you get it all off. Oh, and you should use rubber gloves. Then dry the wall completely with a rag. Mold can be extremely dangerous to your health. It is actually a federal offense to sell a house with the knowledge of their being mold in it. You should take care of it as soon as possible.

Clean visible mold on nonporous surfaces (such as hard plastic, concrete, glass, metal, and solid wood) with a proven, bleach-based product
Remember, dead spores and mold particles still cause health problems if they are left in place. Soap and detergents can remove mold stains but do not actually kill mold, and these mold spores that are left behind can quickly re-grow and spread throughout the home. That's why it's important to use bleach-based products proven to both kill and remove mold.

Bleach will kill the mold but will not make the wall "clean" again. You'll have to repaint it. Mold stains.

Mold is best killed with bleach dilluted in water. Be careful this does not ruin the paint or paper.
