tension may make ur voice higher pitched or since ur getting less air across the vocal chords..

this may not be right, but i think that higher tension may cause your muscles in your back to contract, therefore making you work harder to breathe. and vice versa. this is from experience only

actually tension increases ur HEARTBEATS n dats wy increase Breathing.

I have found that when i am tense,my chest tightens and i do not breathe freely.Short stressed breathes.
