you sit on a blanket in the middle of the park...butt naked...sit there with your eyes closed...think of any and all of you sexual experiences...ask yourself..."Were they worth it?"...then rid yourslef of all of you not-worth-it sexual experiences and then open your eyes and just watch the people who watch you...they may give you weird looks, but until you are comfortabel with your self naked in a park with lots of people around you will never be in-touch with your inner sexual self
