You can't, every now and then she unlocks it, you just have to check her site frequently. She unveils important tidbits of information through the door from time to time (That was where the title of Book Six, Half-Blood Prince, was unveiled.) I would assume the next time it will be unlocked will be when the name of Book Seven is unveiled, or maybe JK will give a clue as to some of the plot, you never know.
