Tony Orlando. Great singer and performer that I first saw on American Bandstand in 1961. (yes, we did have television back then). He had three hit records that year, " Half Way To Paradise " went to #39 " Bless You " went to #15 and " Happy Times " went to #82. The first 2 favorites of mine.
Nine years later he was joined by Dawn and together they had three #1 hits. Altogether, Tony had a total of 25 charted records..

yep its tony orlando. i think hes a great singer. they sang candida, knock 3 times and the ever so popular tie a yellow ribbon round the old oak tree. just to name a few.
