Yes, rest, rest , rest and more rest.
Your body has gone through a lot, as have your emotions.
Give your body a chance to heal, relax, don;'t overdo physically.
(((((hugs for you loss))))))
Also, give your emotions a chance to heal as well.
You may be on edge emotionally for awhile as your hormones come back into balance. Be good to yourself.
Take Care.

If you are upset emotionally, just think of it as a chance of a new beginning. Miscarriages usually happen because something went wrong genetically, which is completely normal. Just know that the baby you will someday have in your life (if that is what you want) will be healthy.

As far as health goes... I didn't even know women got so tired after miscarriages, as I've never even been pregnant before. Maybe some iron? If the doctors told you to rest, that probably is the key, as I'm sure they have dealt with this many times.

I did rest..for about 2 days. I started to get back into my regular routine as soon as possible. I would make it through the day and break down at night. The one thing that really helped me was a great support group of friends and family. It helps to talk whenever you need to. Talk to someone you trust and are comfortable with. Don't forget to include your partner in this. He has suffered the loss as well.

You might even want to consider some counseling. Talking to an impartial person may help you deal with your loss. I am sorry you had to endure such a loss. I can speak from experience as I have 3 miscarriages.

I hope you are feeling a bit better. I am so sorry that you have suffered a loss. i have been there and the pain is sometimes unimaginable. For when you lose a child, you lose hopes and dreams. There is a link below that will help you to get in touch with support groups. All I know is that your baby was real, he/she was a human being, unique and wonderful and for the short time in your life she was loved and cherished. You did nothing to deserve this, and it is not your fault. You can mourn her loss. You can cry, you can plant a tree in her honor and when Christmas comes around, select a baby toy and give it to an unfortunate child in her memory. Write a letter to her telling her how much you miss her. I grieve with you and I am praying that you find peace.

um... i never had a mscarriage before but i heard this actually works...

go to a park... then bring a red helium baloon with you... you know the kind thats flys away... then i want you to envision your child's soul into that baloon. try to to tell all the things you wanted to say to your baby. say your sorry... i love you... thank you for the glimmer of hope... i will never forget you... stuff like that...... then... when you feel like your ready... let go... of the baloon... and let go of the grief along with it... watch it go... keep in mind that your not letting go of your child... just the grief that the miscarriage brought.

look at it this way... now, your future baby would have a guardian angel to protect it... always.

im sorry for your loss. and im proud of you. for being so strong... you can make it through i promise......

You are tired both emotionally and physically. I had one too and it just takes time. It will get better! Try to go out with friends or do something fun to take your mind off of it, if you can.

I had a miscarriage about five yrs ago,it was rough.I think one reason you get so tired afterwards is depression.
