I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!

Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:

1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.

There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/ that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

ok the people above me are incorrect. There is no such things as drinking too much water and you should NOT wash your face a lot. It makes acne spread more.

Go to your doctor and get a prescription. What i use is called "Benzaclin" its amazing. Got rid of my acne in just a month. Well there are just a few still left but soo much better

You need to use acne treatments with salicyc acid ritually. That means following the directions on the bottle. Also you can try an antibacterial wash like what the Doctors use to scrub up before and after surgery. That stuff kills all bacteria. Also DO NOT PICK!!!!

See a dermatologist I have suffered for many years trying different cleansers, potions and lotions. Come to find out it was nothing I was eating, wearing or using. I have cysts on my ovaries that cause the acne! i now have medicine and my skin is much better and so is my self esteem!

first...don't pick at those invadors, it will show a aftermath on your face while time goes on..and you don't want scars or potholes on your face....keep your face clean. if you have to wash it 7 times a day, do it. also you can find a dermatologist who can give you good medicine for it....
