my husband develops websites. i found porn material in his internet history on his computer. he told me he was creating a website for someone and would be paid well. i told him i didn't want the money and to stop immediately. i continue to find several links to porn 2-3 times a week in his history. he says these are coming in because of the previous work he was doing and "piggybacking" on other stuff and says he doesn't know how to clear his computer to no longer allow these in. i am not convinced. i fear there is more to the story. he doesn't come across as someone who would be into this stuff but i don't trust him.

I think that you are right. He is a website developer and he dosen't know how to filter stuff comming into his computer? Sounds like a load of crap to me. I would keep reminding him that you don't like it, but lay off of him and gather your evidence by keeping a list of when you do find it, how often, ect. That way, if he is telling the truth, he has time to get it under control or at least off of his computer. If you keep finding it, I would have a real long talk with him about fidelity and that loking at Porn is cheating on your spouse. He needs help, and this is a long hurtful road. This is obviously a bother to you, and just because some people don't think that thee is something wrong with it, dosen't mean that there is something wrong with you. This needs to stop for you to feel comfortable in your marrige, and I can't blame you. I would never settle for second best in my marraige, ither. Good luck to you, and God Bless.

Well I know it's easy to clear your computer of the history of visited web pages it's tools on the web browser internet options delete cookies, and clear history. I have made some web pages and I don't run into that stuff. I think he's just trying to cover up what you have found out. If he's a web page designer he would know very well how to clear the history of visited web pages so he's trying to fool you. You can also go to internet options and hit privacy and enter websites you don't want to ever be seen it's easy to do that.

He is. Even if porn sites pop up when he goes to non-porn sites, it doesn't stay in the history. Also, most guys look at porn but find ways to get away with it. I know how to. And if he is telling the truth (which he most likely isn't) if you download a spy or adaware remover or even a regular pop up blocker it will not pop up. He is still lying though. You shouldn't be too mad about it.

What's wrong with him watching porn? It's not cheating. Are you his wife or his mother? Why don't you watch then with him and see what exactly excites him about the porn and see if it is something you would be willing to do.
I have been married 8.5 years and been with my husband 11.5 years and do not have a problem with him watching porn. It's just looking, nothing more.
Love is based on trust. If you would throw away your marriage because of something as insignificant as him watching a bit of porn, then I feel very sorry for you.

OK from a wife of a former porn executive...\\

go to the view menu option (next to file... look for the explorer bar option...then go to history ...

this is what he's lookin at

relationship advise look at it to
see what he's into and if your Feelin freaky have fun with him hes your husband

so if he's in to s and m... put a collar on him and spank away you'll feel so much better sharing fantasies rather than suppressing them

If he does websites for a living, he should know how to clean the history and prevent it from coming in. What possessed you to look at the history in the first place? Maybe he shouldn't trust you either....

No trust, not good, but some sites do bring porn on your pc if you are not careful, even non porn sites. Maybe you could just pop in a movie with him and get ur freak on also, just a suggestion.

Just the fact that you were researching his history is a clue that there was already a lack of trust. You either believe him and stop being intrusive or you tell him (which I guess he already knows) that you no longer trust him. If there is no trust in a relationship, is there basis for the relationship?

One quick way to find out....do an internet search and find a program called a keylogger to download. It can hide itself in his computer and e-mail everything he types, recieves, even screen shots of what he is looking at right to your computer. If you don't have access to a seperate computer, you can just hide the program and access it when he isn't home. I caught my guy this way and I keep an eye on baby sitters the same way. good luck

Porn is the least of your worries. He a MAN. Being a visual creature with an insatiable appetite for SEX, it is normal. If he's looking at that, it's better than running around on you. does he come home at night? THAT'S the real worry.
