first of all, don't panic. all sorts of stresses and other things can throw these things all outta whack. how late is she? has she always been regular be4? i would wait until u are absolutely sure she is late, about a week. then take a test!if it is pos. then contact a doctor immediately! if neg, wait another week, if she still hasn't started, take another test. if it comes up pos. then seek doctor's help, if neg. again, still seek doctor's help to see what else could be the problem. sometimes thes e things happen due to stressors and all sorts of other factors, and sometimes a skipped month or late month is just that, skipped or late, no big deal. whatever the case, my advice to u is BE THERE FOR HER! no offense, but this has gotta be tougher on her than u! also, just from my own history, when late, and stressing over it, just taking the test and seeing the neg. result is enough to calm everything down and she'll be likely to start the next day or so. sometimes, just having the test was enough, and i didn't even have to open the box. just be there whatever she needs and decides to do.

Being nervous about being pregnant can delay the period. And depending on the age, the period can never be regular all the time.
There are some instances where a period can be skiped, but you are not pregnant. My doctor called it an invisible period. It doesn't happen often, but it does happen.
I found that the best way to ease the tension is to just get a pregnacy test!

let her take a pregnancy test. See if she is or not but still your not really sure till she goes and sees a doctor. If you really want to know she needs to go to the doctor to find out! If she does have the signs then it might be that shes pregnant but thats not always the case.

I suggest a pregnancy test. If it shows no sign be sure to take another one. If your still not positive if its right or not go to a doctor. Thats the best you can do or just wait. It's your decision.

Take a pregnancy test. Make sure you get the ones that come with 2 (EPT, I think) so you can take one in another couple of days if she still doesn't get her period.

Well, first of all, periods can offen be illregular, but that doesn't mean she is pregnant. After a month if she still hasn't had her period something is wrong or she is pregnant. May I susgest a doctor? And is she is, well, you might as well tell hers and your mother.

Go out and buy a book called "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" have your girlfriend read it. You could get some great info out of it too. If you are going to be having sex then you need to know how a womans body works. Get the book! please!
