I believe you can use tapcons (easiest).

Other options are lead anchors and lag bolts.

tapcons are the blue concrete screws. Use a hammer drill to drill the required hole for the screw, and screw right into the concrete.

Or, use a hammer drill and drill the required hole for the lead anchor. Put the anchor in the hole ( blow out the dust first, then tap it softly with a hammer if you must). Then use a socket to tighten down the lag bolt.

You need to refer to your local Building Code as there are regulations and laws that govern the construction of foundations in those areas of high risk of huracanes and if you dont know how to this means you are also not qualified to do it so don't do it.

They should be cast into the Concrete, if not , shoot them down with a Concrete nail gun. (22 shot) if not possible, drill and set a lead anchor, and make sure its approved by Code Enforcement.
