If they were, then they would be on the menu board as "fish tacos". It's possible that anchovies is in the meat-mix that we eat, but, then J in the B would have to disclose it because it might cause an allergic reaction to those consumers who are allergic to fish.

I don't think so. Anchovies are rather expensive and fast food places always use the dirt cheap stuff.

never heard that either before not unless you ask for them but i don't think they sell anchovies all items must be stated by law (ingredients)and i just don't think so
