I try I strike up conversations with girls, tell funny stuff, make them laugh, get them to tell me stuff they normally don't tell everyone, and I open up to, whatever they wanna know I'll tell, but I have no luck, I'm beginning to think I'm suppose to be one of those thirty year old guys who hangs out in bars all day, hittin on chicks, then goes back to his lonely apartment and watches reruns with his cats and dogs.

Dude, that is me, except I'm 25. When I'm feeling discouraged I sound just like you. But I've had my share of girlfreinds. They always come around, and some of them were very special. So, don't be so negative. Be patient. Much much more patient than you are now. You don't need a woman right now, so why so desperate? Are you hor-ny? Lonely? I mean, whatever the answer it's not a good one, and women can sense desperation. Once you are content with being single, then you will get plenty of dates.
The saying goes something like: As soon as you stop looking, that's when you find that special someone.
I mean, have you ever seen Swingers? Fiction, I admit, but it's based on truth. The guy was obsessed over his ex, and was bothered by her not calling. Finally, he met someone, and was happy again, and the moment he stopped thinking about her, she called. Women have some sort of sixth sense to eff with our minds, man. They can sense it, so you have to live it to conquer it.

I honestly don't know why but a lot of girls are attracted to the bad boy - then complain about him. Women are nuts! If you are really nice then some people might confuse you with being gay - I don't know why they do that either. To be honest, there is no good advice on how to pick up girls. Maybe you could try a new wardrobe that invites girls to think you're a bad boy then they will be wonderfully surprised to find out you aren't really a jerk after all.

Maybe it's where you are meeting girls. Try signing up for a class, join a volunteer group, go to church. Girls in bars are there to have fun and meet people. At an activity, things move slower and over time they get to see the real you. Good luck!

Honestly stop looking.Just go out and have fun. Try to go to different places to what you are going to now... you will only keep bumping into the same kind of people...
Maybe it is obvious you are looking and why you cannot hook up. Just be patient... all good things come to those who wait

Try that online personals service that is advertised on TV....YOU know what one I'm talking about??? I'm not into selling or plugging their service, because I don't belive personals services should charge $$$$ to lonely people in their quest to find a mate.
