I have just now found out(at hospital) that I have a small stone in my kidney.. Apart from medical treatment , what can I do to get rid of it fast? PS: I am takin medical aid , I want to know what to do apart from that. No SMART JOKES , plz.

I remember the sights of the people in the other car when I was stopped at a light while my wife drove me to the hospital when I had a stone. I rolled the window down and threw up, again, as I looked up there was this family with their mouths open in shock and all with an ice cream cone in their hands. I sort of spoiled their outing I'm afraid.
