A specific friend or do you just want to make new friends? If u want new friends u need to tell a little about urself. Maybe post your email on Q&A or email people who answer ur ?'s. There's a whole lot of ways to make friends on the web and if your lookinf for a specific person there are ways to do that on Google. Good luck
