I think that there is a lot of insecure people that make themselves feel better by hating others based on the way they look. If you hate yourself so bad that you have to put down a whole race of people to make yourself feel good you will never accomplish anything. Also, people use other people as an excuse, usually racially motivated. for example, someone doesn't get a job and it is given to someone of another race they justify it in their mind by telling themselves that person got it becuase of their race, the quota system. So when you hear someone being racial, you can rest assured that they are a weak insecure individual!!!!!!

Theres alot of racist people all over the world not just in the USA, actually we probab;y have far fewer than anywhere else in the world.

Yeah, but the most racist people in the US are definately and unfortunately African Americans.

Everyone makes judgements, and often one of the things people base this judgement on is race. It happens both ways, although few will admit it.
For instance, blacks are prejudiced to be criminals, and wrongly so.
Also, white people are prejudiced to be stuck-up and inherently racist, and wrongly so.
At least, this is how it happens in my experience.

What is so funny.......I really did not know what "racist" meant until i moved to a large city. First I learned from Black people, then I learned from areas, then i learned from White and then Hispanics and people from Mexico.
And the funniest is my grandparents and parents are!!! SHAME SHAME SHAME.

I am not really sure, but if you are here in Los Angeles, there are no such thing as a nice neighbor! Its the "you better mind your own business attitude" around here.
