I have recently taken a picture in my apartment and a ghost appeared in it. I am now wondering, since this place is so old, if someone passed away here or if it has a history.

Every so often real estate is appraised for it's value and for tax reasons. There is someplace that has the history of the property so you might want to try to start with the county appraisers office to get you pointed in the right direction. Also, you could ask neighbors that have been there a while. Maybe they know or even heard. Your county Library is a wealth of information as well.

If you really see the ghost living in your apartment then it mean that he or she own that place year ago and somehow died and living in there.If is evil then it need blessing the house (i'm reliegious you know) or if it nice then it ok but you should not bother him or her much.
