I would definitely see a show; there are some really great ones playing in London right now, depending on your preferences, including Mamma Mia! (a great show for a family of girls!), Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (good for younger kids like your 11 year old), and The Producers (a great comedy). Check the internet for good ticket deals, or visit the half price booth "Tix" during the day (any Londoner can point you towards one)- beware of other half-price booths, they often end up costing more than buying the tickets at the show!

Almost all of the classic London attractions require guests to walk around them- if she can do some walking, take the Tube (London Underground) or a Taxi (these are plentiful, so you'll never have to walk far) to Westminster. There, you can see Westminster Abbey, Parliament, Big Ben, and the Churchill War Museum all in a pretty tight area- not much walking between them. You can also cross the river there and do the London Eye. Those things are easily a day's worth, at least. If walking is out altogether, I'd recommend a ferry trip on the Thames. There are several good trips that include stops at the Tower of London and Greenwich for sightseeing (warning: getting to the Greenwich Observatory to stand on the prime meridian, etc, requires a strenuous climb up a large hill).

There are also some very scenic train rides out of the city- a day trip to Bath (to see the Roman Baths), Stratford-Upon-Avon (Shakespeare's birthplace), Plymouth (to see where the Mayflower left from), or Windsor (the Queen's castle) might be a nice use of one day- that way you get to see the countryside without having to walk it.

I don't know that I've ever done more walking than when I was in London, so I hope you get to do some walking, but there are several great ways to minimize walking and still get to see some of the best London has to offer! Have a great time!

I would make sure to go have afternoon tea somewhere in Bloomsbury or in London. It is a real treat anywhere in England and doesn't require much walking.
Pollock's Toy Museum is quite nice too, but I am not sure if that would work for you. A good starting point is the site below for Bloomsbury. If you are in London you could take the tour on the double decker bus. A good way to see the sights and not walk. Have a great trip!

The Tower is my number one London must-see, followed by Westminster Abbey - but both require a good deal of walking. You are also staying very near the British Museum which is a fascinating place. I agree that tea is fun - Harrod's or Fortnum and Mason's are great, the Ritz is very fancy, and the Orangerie in Kensington Gardens is wonderful and very reasonable. Definitely see a play in the West End - go to a good London theatre web site to see what's on. The London Eye is pretty amazing and very close to Westminster Abbey. If your girls are Harry Potter fans they might want to go to King's Cross - but be advised the station does not have the platform set up as described in the novels. I took 27 teenage girls on a class trip 2 years ago and they loved London - especially the shopping. Have a great trip to my favorite city!

Tower of London ABSOLUTELY even though there will be some walking - it IS England and the Changing of the Guards once you are there you can stand and watch. You can take the London Eye - the big ferris wheel that gives you a bird's eye view of the whole city from enclosed cars.

I agree with the Tower of London. Also, there is a really cool place called the London Dungeon-it's like a haunted house with real history. That is really fun (not that scary) and it's indoor with breaks in each area, so your daughter could sit a little.
I really don't know of much you can do there without a lot of walking, but the kids and you should really like these places.

I would take them to the outskirts of London to Chessington Gardens. It's an amusement park for little kids. It's not the most educational thing you could do, but it would be sure fire to keep them entertained!
