Pretty sure you're not going to get her direct email. . .aside from the more obvious reasons why this is kept private, can you imagine how many emails she would get a day? and if you did, by some stroke of luck, get said email, her publicist would more than likely be the one to answer.
On a somewhat related note, did you read that Rowling said that she is killing off two, not one, characters in the 7th book? She's making it hell for her fans! I love her.
