If you drive in a open country road or something like that, and you are going fast, you get the wind in your hair, the sun in your face, and it feels so good.

Well, they want constant sun tanning and moon tanning when ever they are out.
Also, they love to have people checking out on their cars as they turbo drive past them.
Somehow it gives an association with being "cool" and "suave". yea.
