When you see through the thick blue glass, you will not see the red light because the blue light throughly absorbs the red light and releases it as photons. since it no longer travel as a straight path as it was initially, the object you see will be black in colour. that is provided the surroundings that you set up is cool. Otherwise other effects will have taken place.

Must be purple. If object is yellow, will have no color. In black and white photography a yellow filter makes the blue sky darker because it doesn't let blue light thru.

Black - Red light will not pass through blue light filter. Just tested it in my lab!
