All of your hidden truths can be told to a counselling person whom you come across and can trust and not only that, but someone you can relate to and who is outgoing and not an inverted personality! The time has to be right for you to release any pent up emotions to anyone. If your strong, you can handle them for a while longer until you find that person. Even if there is someone who is trying to make you heal your emotional you, you can still work around them to find a counsellor that even they dont know, just dont tell them if thats the case. Otherwise, you should consider healing your emotional/physical/
spiritual/mental well beings first with the aid of someone already healing, themself, and who isnt afraid to tell you they are and show you how. Then consider writing a tell everything summary of your troubles.

You could write a book, but maybe, if it's "secrets" in order to keep other people out of it you could change the names around and create a note that names have been fictionalized. That's the only problem I can see, really. Besides publishing it, but I mean first one has to writeit.

write the book. it'll help you to feel better about everything. once you've written it, then you can decide whether you want others to read it or not. HOWEVER, i don't think that you should destroy it, even if you don't want anybody else to see it. keep it in a safe place, and in years to come, i guarantee it will be useful. you could use it as a point of reference, should you, or someone you care for, encounter a similar problem to one you've expressed in the book. and, one day you'll look back at it, and be able to see how far you've come...

Write only if your secrets will benefit other's and not just get things off your own chest. Besides, everyone has secrets; what's
differetn about yours that somebody would want to read a whole book of somebody else's 'stuff' when they've got enough to deal with on their own?

Write the book...it's theraputic. Then you can decide whether to keep it private, publish it, or destroy it (or destroy parts of it). It all depends if you are writing as a cathartic exercise or because you think that what you reveal will enlighten your readers in some way.

Unless you've been somewhere almost no one's been, or done things no one's done, or are famous already, you'll never publish your book (IF you ever write it). There are a million unpublished autobiographies out there that the authors thought were amazing but the publishers said were BORING.

Good that you're thinking of writing! It's okay to write an autobiography, but you should not reveal things that could hurt other people in your life.

Considering the odd that it will get published... doesn't matter.
Start with a blog and go up from there.
