No, I would not live in a "city" with no air pollution, because it is probably run by Hippies. Hippies are a disease on the face of this earth and must be erradicated. I like my air pollution, because you get all you minerals just by breathing. And since I tend to be on the supply side of crime, I wouldn't like a crime free city. Your hippie city is boring!

Yes. Pollution can cause asthma and other health problems. But it's hard to find a city that doesn't have any air pollution.
