No, I don't listen to critics at all. They are never correct on how good or bad the movie is! As for an X-Men 4... Read on.
There will be an X-Men 4. It's already in the works. But, it won't be called X-Men 4 since it is going to center around Wolverine and won't involve the X-Men. In an interview with iF Magazine, X-Men scripter Simon Kinberg talked about the Wolverine solo film starring Hugh Jackman.
Regarding whether there was any pressure on him knowing that there was a spin-off movie coming after X3: "Wolverine doesn't exactly come after X3 so what happens to him is not terribly relevant to his own movie," Kinberg said.
"We did talk about a couple of characters that they wanted to save for the Wolverine movie spin-off. I can't tell you who they are, but there was really only one we wanted to use for X3, and they said they're not going to have a big enough part to risk losing them for Wolverine. Sabretooth will be in there, but I don't know in what form. I think his relationship with Wolverine is under explored.
"I like X1 a great deal, I thought the tone was fantastic and thought the X-Men were great, but I was a little under whelmed by the Brotherhood in that movie," he told the magazine. "I thought the secret island lair and Magneto's plot were confusing to me, and Sabretooth and Toad were not as strong as Mystique. I like working with actors who have inhabited their characters for a while, and I welcome their input. Hugh has lived with Wolverine for five years and he knows this character better than anybody. He knows him better than Chris Claremont or better than Avi Arad, and certainly better than any of us working on this film. Hugh was also a producer on this movie, and we worked really closely with Hugh on Wolverine. The most conversations that I had with actors on this movie were with Hugh about Wolverine and Famke [Janssen] about Phoenix. They both are incredibly smart people who had a lot of intelligent informed questions about the characters. I would say the most input about Wolverine came from Hugh and not the studio."

I dont listen to the critics and there shouldn't be and x-men 4. At the end of the third movie it appeared like there was a posibility of an x-4 but i dont think the producers should make it; too many of the main characters dying and losing powers in the 3rd movie.

No X Men 4 unless they get a really and i mean a really good idea because this last one (killing Scott and stuff like that bugged me).
No I don't because the critic in Denver on Channel 4 is super lame and the critic on Channel 9 is always kissing up to all the movies so I just decide what I will like for myself.

X-Men 4 only if Ratner doesn't direct. (Prefer Singer to come back.) (No X-Men 4 currently in the works, but it may happen.) I don't really listen to critics anymore at all. I learned a long time ago that I generally have a different taste in movies than most critics.

yes to X-men 4, and I don't think anybody under the age of 60 listens to the movie critics anymore.
That was a great question. You are both beautiful and insightful.

I really can't see them not making X4. I mean, over $100 million in what, 4 days? The studios never let a franchise die that's making that kind of money.
As for the critics, it's good to know what they think, but I'll still see whatever movie I want, regardless. At least after the critics, I'll know what to expect, but it won't stop me from seeing a movie.

first question: I don't think they should cause personally I feel the more continuances to a movie just adds lots of boredom, lots of recycled stuff, and no originality.
second question: No I don't listen to critics because it's their own thoughts and who ****** cares. People will either agree or disagree with them and they'll argue over it, it'll be a huge controversy which will lead to boredom, yet again.
