Is there a way that I can view my yahoo mail in my gmail account?

I know I can send emails from my gmail account with a from [e-mail].

1. Is there a way that I can read my mail that's in my yahoo account from my gmail?

2.If there is a way, how do I set it up?

Yes. You can forward your email from gmail to your yahoo account.

You can just send a filter by clicking Settings -> Filters -> create a new filter -> on the "Doesn't have" field, type $$$, click next button -> choose Foward it to: and type your @yahoo.com email address.
