Paul Bettany without a doubt.
He isn't quite as beautiful to look at as Jude Law, but he's a much better actor, in my opinion. He is also supposed to be a very nice man. He seems like someone you could have at a dinner party and actually enjoy talking with. (Unfortunately, good manners would dictate that I also invite his wife, and my poor husband wouldn't be able to eat for drooling down the front of his shirt...)
