The best way to manage stress is to avoid it. You can do this by recognizing a stressful situation and creating a plan to deal with it before it causes you to stress out. Once stressed however, I like to take a hot bath, light some candles and daydream for an hour or so. Or sometimes I just slip into a good book and let the rest of the world float away.

Punching bags works, too. Any exercise is good, really, because the stress helps fuel you.

I read a good book, talk to my friends for support, and go exercise. Exercising relieves a lot of my stress and your frustration and anger disappears after a good workout.
