If something seems too good to be true, its usually not. I believe that they are trying to generate 'hits' for thier google ads. It is possible that they pay out winnings from thier ad revenue. You have to watch a big ad every time you enter the site, too. If you want money that bad use your time online to learn stuff and look for work... they are trying to suck you in and its working!
