There was this NES game I used to play when I was little. All I remember about it was a guy sleeping and being in a dream world and riding on a train and avoiding spiky things falling from the ceiling while riding on the train. And I remember light blue walls and candy cane looking poles on it. Please help me it's bugging me sooo bad

I have the game myself, it's called Little Nemo: The Dream Master. It's made by Capcom for the NES and the level you described was Dream 3 - House of Toys. It was one of my favorite games and the stage you described was possibly my favorite from that game.

Definitely Little Nemo The Dream Master by Capcom. It's based on an old comic book by Winsor McCay around the turn-of-the-century. There was also an arcade version of this game that Capcom released called Nemo that is a little bit different and has better graphics.
