beginer with questions? it apears to me they always want u to pay for services,but i have learned to stay online longer and look to different areas and ask for help

You will generally find help here and most of us do it just to show off I guess, but, no, lots of us will help if we can. And so far it is all free (thank the GODS for Yahoo). What kind of help were you looking for?

There are many user groups that will help you. Microsoft, dell, Hp...all have user groups. Invest in a book...the best help there is. Good Luck.
