Its not legal but here are some places to look
Go to http://www.serialz.to for the cracks of the program your looking for.
Also you can go to http://thepiratebay.org sometimes they have the cracks for them but you can find full programs and movies there.
Another site is http://www.torrentspy.com/ this is pretty good site too.

Photoshop, free, and legally. Those words do not go together. =)
You either have to buy it, or pirate it. You can't get it for free legally.
However, obtaining a DEMO for 30-days is perfectly legal. =)
Check Adobe's website.
