so one day i gathered myself up and told this guy that i liked him and hes all oh we should go out sometime. next thing i know my best friend runs up to me and tells me he asked her out. im so confused. im a little mad but im trying so hard to not let it ruin our friendship. she knows how i feel about him but she keeps telling me oh he did this, we did that, hes amazing, and all that. what am i supposed to do??

Don't put up with it tell her that its between you or the jerk! If she picks the jerk then she wasn't really your friend i had a friend do that to me once and i didn't tell her now she tries to do that to me all the time. If you don't tell her now she well never know and she will know she can walk oll over you!

TRY and get him back like just start out like say in Hi and then stop and chat after a week of just being friendly then stop in the hall to say hi and get a conversation started make sure your friend is not any where ner you guys.

first off i think that guy is a jerk, like you said.....boo on him...i think he did that to make you feel like an idiot...major JERK! secondly, what a loser your friend is too, to go out with him and tell you about it when she knows how you feel about him. i had this happen to me before..but my friend told the guy that she just wanted to be friends cause she knew how i felt about him...thats a TRUE friend, and to this day she is still my BEST FRIEND!.....think about it....hope this helps.

he's a jerk and she's a jerk , espically if she knew what he done to you. I would tell your friend to go and get stuffed, what she done is really hurtful and you would never do that to her so your not putting up with so called friends who treat you that way

You have to fiollow your heart. If she is irritating you so much, then dont assiociate with her anymore. That guy, if he said that to you then asks out your friend, then hes not worth it.
