how do i make a starburst chain bracelet???

I should know all about that! Unfortunately I don't. (JUST KIDDING)
You just roll it like you would a marihuana cigar, but you put the laid out envelopes of the starbusts a little on top of each other. Overlapping a little so when you roll it you get a long cigar-like thing.
There's many other ways which are impossible to describe over the internet, but I think you mainly just sit somewhere one day when you have nothing to so and lay out a couple of starburst envelopes on the table and tell yourself "Do something!" And voila!! A thousand ideas will come to mind.
That's how I learned to ways I know. Of making bracelets. Peace out (Don't (Just kidding, please do))

It is impossible to describe over the internet...but i will try.
1. fold the wrapper on half
2. fold that hot dog style again
3. then fold the ends into the center
4. Fold that in half
5. Repeat with next wrapper
6. take the 2nd wrapper and put the two ends into the two holes that the two ends on the 1st wrapper made facine upwards
7.Now repeat 1-4 with the 3rd wrapper then do #6 onlu fave down now
8. Repeat alternating up and down untill you have a bracelet.
9. although I have not perfected finishing it...so good luck figuring it out..
