my powerpoint pictures overlap? how do i get on on top of the other? i want a certain one on top of the others

i kind of want one to be the background then have two others come in on top of it.

First you have to go to backgrounds and select to put a picture as a background. Then for the other two pics just put them on, but if you want one to come before the other go to custom animation and you can choose for the pics to come on at different times. Select the object you want. Right click and select "order". From there you can move the object forward or backward.
