just call her.. tell her who you are.. strike up a conversation about how her day went, what shes doing this summer.. then if you want her to know you like her... be honest with her.

Does she know you like her? Just be yourself, ask her what she likes to do. You will be able to tell if she likes you by the way she talks to you. If it is looking good ask her to go out. Plan something fun but make sure it is something you can do and talk at the same time. That's the problem with the movies their great but you can't get to know each other that way. Just a hint: Plan everything ahead of time( to show her you are confident and prepared) and don't get in to the date then ask the question what do you want to do. Ask before hand so you can PLAN. You want her to know her opinion is very important but you also need to let her know you were listening. Hope that makes since.

Have some confidence man. Girls like that in a guy. They find it sexy, as long as it doesn't make you look like an azzhole. Just ask what she's doing, and then when she answers, say that sounds like fun. Even if it's not fun, she may laugh. Act like you just called to bullshit, but not about anything in perticular. Keep this mild undertone of "whatever", but don't let it come to the surfice all sarcastic. Just relax and have confidence. good luck

I think, if you don't know what to tell to her when she answer, its because isn't time yet to call her. Wait a little be more, when you feel already you know what to say, go ahead and call her.

Well as hello for starters...do you know her ? or do you just like run into her from time ta time ?? .. anywoo.. here is what you say if you know her..."I was calling to see how you're doing and wanted to know if you would like to go out maybe to a movie dinner, maybe mini golfing...but say its not a date this will trick her into a safe zone. If you don't know her they say something like u wanted to get to know her...stuff like that.

why not speak to her face to face? then you can gauge her reactions and react accordingly. with the phone, its all weird and there really is nothing to say that will set the tone for a good conversation
anyway this kinda things can be done in other ways too. ask friends to introduce you to her, leave her secret admirer letters etc...it all works

Say hi and ask her what she is doing. If that isn't enough conversation, ask her how her day is going. If this still doesn't start a conversation, start telling her about your day.
