organization: putting order to something so it is not jumbled or incoherent
accountability: keeping track of things
advocacy: support
respect: open mindedness

collaboration...learning how to manage, delegation...getting good at managing...advocacy...finding your replacement...respect is what you leave for the people you managed.....gates...buffett...you!
