Once the dentist gets your tooth casing made you can purchase over the counter Proxy Jel to fill the trays before applying them into your mouth. The jel can be purchased at Kroger and if not on the floor just ask the Pharmist. It was about 20 to 25 dollars the last time I purchased it. If you are short on funds you can use soda mixed with a little tooth paste.

crest whitening strips are actually amazing at whitening your teeth and at about $29 they arent too expensive. i would get the premium ones, they work faster, and youll see results so fast. they worked so well for me that my dentist asked me how i got my teeth so white, HE was amazed!

My mom and dad bought me 'Pearl Drops' toothpaste for my birthday (don't ask me why!) I thought it wouldn't work, and trust me, my teeth are really yellow. I used it, and after about 1/5 of the tube, my teeth were NOTICEABLY whiter, it was amazing! You can get it at Wal-Mart I think.
