Take I-80 to where it becomes I-76 in Ohio - near Youngstown. Take I-76 all the way to Philly. Bring lots of cash, it's all turnpikes.
Alternatively, head down to Indy, take I-70 until it merges with I-76 in PA (New Stanton), take I-76 the rest of the way. Still need tolls for PA.
The three turnpikes (IN, OH, PA) post toll info on the web.
It can be done in a long day. It takes me about 11 hrs driving from Philly to Indy when I make minimal stops.
