I very recently had a user answer one of my questions very rudely... she knew nothing about what I was talking about, yet tried to sound smart.
Why do people act like that? Have you been through something similar?

Many people are rude to cover up their own insecurity and lack of knowledge of the outside world. They feel that by being mean, they can balance the inequality to their side of the equation. Still, a wise person knows that there is no merit in arguing with a fool. A stupid person doesn't know when they have been beaten and are embarrasing themselves. The pursuit of knowledge and understanding is an ongoing process, and seeing things and exploring the world are fundamental to extending your grasp of knowledge.

Sometimes the questions here doesnt include alot of info. So you have to kinda of guess. And sometimes they are just plum silly. I have gotten quite a few good laughs off of here. And yes I have seen some very rude answers but then I have seen some rude questions as well. When you post a question here you have to be able to accept responses as they are...isnt that the reason you ask is to recieve a answer? No matter if its rude or not

Hi Ashley. I 'm sorry you were exposed to rudeness. Keep in mind that it takes all kinds of people to make up our world and it's up to us to get out there and show them the real love they need to be better people. Even though it may be difficult, try to forgive the person. Some people love to attack - and when challenged, they resort to the only thing they know - attack. They have not learned the power of saying, "I'm sorry". I try to temper my words and deeds all the time. It's not about hurting people, but helping. Be blessed.

Because it makes some people feel superior. When people act like that I always say they have no love in their lives and their unhappy so they get off by trying to make everybody else miserable.

This is an act of cowardice, a show off hiding their own ignorance, sort of a nuisance candidate in an election.....Silent water runs deep.

YES. Self-righteous people are intolerable.

Everyone has something that they know a lot about but NO ONE knows everything about everything. They try to flaunt their regurgitated knowledge, or lack of it.
