my best bargain was at a yard sale. A woman was selling costume jewelry. I pick up a piece that I thought was fake, bought it for 1.00 brought it home and left it on the kitchen table. My neighbor spotted it a couple of days later and told me that the piece was real. Emeralds and diamonds! Of course I laughed.
I brought it to a jewelry store about six months later when cleaning out my jewelry for repair. The appraisel was for 3900.00. I later sold it to the friend that told me it was real for 2500.00!!!!

My best bargain (and I believe most shoe lovers would agree) was finding a pair of new (but previous season) manolo blahniks for $69. No box, but I did get the original dustbag.
It was at a place in Dallas, TX called Vantage Shoes off of I35. They get overstocks and previous season shoes from stores like Neiman Marcus, Nordstroms and Bloomingdales.

i not into that sort of stuff but i got a car for $500 and got 6 years out of it and when i sold it it was still going.....big bargain

one time i got a 24Kwhite gold chain with a 24Kwhite diamond, and 2 saphires for under $700!!!
