the name of the bank director was sotonye wilcox, i've never heard of yahoo lotto so suspect fraud, asked $250 for check pprwork & $350 for direct deposit pprwork,does this bank exist?

This is a scam. If you did not enter such a lottery, you could not possibly have won, and no legitimate lottery would ask you for money before you could have your winnings. If you were to send the company the "paperwork fees" you would find that they'd disappeared about 30 seconds after they cashed your check.
