I think snape's a vampire because in the 3rd book when Sirius went to the shrieking shack snape taught a lesson on warewolves and when he came back Sirius taught a lesson on vampires and because he's so pale and works in the dungeon. Am I crazy?

Snape never taught a lesson on vampires, but he did assign a scroll on werewolves, presumably to out Lupin to any industrious students. Lupin retaliates by assigning a scroll on vampires. I think this is compelling.

The biggest clue, however, is that Snape, a member of the Order of the Phoenix, never eats with the other members. In Dracula, the count never ate with Jonothan Harker.

JK Rowling has denied that Snape is a vampire, but I think she's wrong.

I don't think he is because the lesson on werewolves had to do with Lupin Hermione said it when they were in the Shrieking Shack I think and when the boggart appered for Lupin it was the full moon what do you think werewolves fear most. I don't ever remember Sirius teaching a lesson on vampires. The paleness is to make him creepy and he works in the dungeons because that's where the Slytherin common room is beacuse the founder of the house was into snakes and was generally creepy. That's what I think

yes that is a pretty crazy question, snape is definetly not a vampire....in the harry potter "world", darkness and evil is usually represented by things associated with sickness and deprecation. This explains Snape's pale color. Good is associated with brightness such as the Weasleys' red hair.

um no jkrowling has a great imagination but i think she knows mixing all thiss tuff just doesnt work vampires? is a WHOLE different story.
AND THE REASON he taught abt werewolves is because remmeber lupin(*i think thats his name the enw defense of the dark art teacher)is half one and he needed to teach them that, incase of a attack form one(which he is indicating lupin being one)
and its not like they have tanning booths, all the others are just as pale he just looks it cause his rich black outfit he always wears.

You know, you never know with Rowling. Any and everything can be a clue foreshadowing what may come up in later books. I just read that she said there will be at least two deaths in the next book.
