The best way to get rid of a beer belly is to get a divorce . Honestly the only way is to exercise faithfully at least three to four times a week . As far as a time table. It would depend on how much of a belly you have and how hard you work at getting rid of it . You'll notice I didn't say a word about quit drinking beer . The beer can stay and the belly go if you work at it .

Do LOTS of situps! And stay away from the beer and junkfood. Do some in the morning when you get up, do 10 for each piece of mail you get (military does that), do them when you do something wrong (like are temtped or actually have a beer or junk food ) no wait you might not want to do them when you have a beer...you might throw up lol

Make sure you do several different types of crunches that target your upper, lower, and side abs. For your lower abs, lay on the floor and put your legs straight up into the air while crossing them. Bring your hips off of the ground and go up and down. It looks stupid, but it will work the lower part of your abs. Look on the internet and you will see the other ones I'm talking about. Also, make sure you do a lot of cardio. That's how you burn all around calories. Swimming is a great way to burn calories.

Stop drinking beer! No, seriously, you're probably addictied to sugar if you're carrying weight in your belly. Do lowfat dairy, lean meats, high fiber, low sugar and you should take off a good 5 lbs a week (my hubby normally does). Guys lose weight faster than women.

No Seriously, Do lots of crunches, and stop drinking so much. If you get rid of the beer you might lose your tummy.
