I think 80's "techno rock" fills the bill for "noisy". Listen to A Flock of Seagull's one big hit "I Ran"....or stuff from the German "band" Kraftwerk or even music from Devo.
Now you tell me: is that noisy or what?

Hearing Brittany Spears, Christina Aguilera, Justin timberland makes my ears bleed. It's so noisy because it's so crap. Just being honest.
