Probably not. It would be almost impossible to impose another language on that many people. If you look back in history at conquerors, most often what has happened is a government has been set up in the conquered country, staffed with bi-lingual people. They administer the rules of the regime, but the people still speak their original language.
In fact, during WW2, when the Quislings were in power in France after DeGaulle surrendered and fled the country, there was no attempt to change the language of the people. They still spoke French.
If the two countries had been contiguous, as France and Germany were, over time there might have been more German introduced into the French language, but when they are separated by an ocean, I don't think the German presence could ever be significant enough to bring the conversion into effect.
The more likely scenario is, that had Germany won, it wouldn't have been too long before the US and Canada would have joined in an uprising and overcome the imposition of a foreign power and ousted them completely.

Because the Germans and the Nazi party believed that the English and Americans were natural descendants of the Aryan race, Americans would more or less be allowed to keep English as a primary language. German might be a secondary language for diplomatic use, but english would be the primary. The Japanese would not have come in to the US as the Germans wanted to preserve the Aryan race. More than likely, the Germans would have joined with an American force to defeat the Asian peoples after defeating the Russians and Slavs.

you need to read future history like harry turtledove. the answer is you would need to give more information. the Atlantic ocean is an amazing buffer and would be key to what would happen. You also have to decide what would happen in the pacific war. realize that the Russians never attacked japan until it was on its knees. too many variables. let us think about it though the country of Germany was already stretched to near its limits. the way it was able to control larger populations was by using local populations now it would be even further stretched. so no I do not believe that the Americas would be speaking German.

No, we would have been exterminated and the Germans would be speaking German here! Except in Texas, New Mexico, and California. There they would be speaking Spanish as those states would belong to Mexico per their agreement with the Nazis! Of course the Nazis probably would have just wiped them out too along with the bargain they made. We should have attacked Mexico along with Russia as soon as the Japs and the Nazis surrendered in my view!

I don't think so. Hitler was a tyrant and tyrants don't last for long. The people of the United States and other democratic countries would have overthrown him before he remained in power very long. I don't think even the German people would of stood him for long. Gandhi said that every tyrant no matter how terrible has always fallen, and he was right.

although hitler had plans to attack the US it's actually doubtful that it would have happened in his lifetime. it's actually conceivable that the germans could have won the war, but not with both the soviets and the US fighting against them.

Probably not, because the United States would have ultimately sued for peace and not been conquered.

The Japanese would have eventually been destroyed.
